At Desi Culture (Dry & Fry Food Products), we work hard to deliver snacks that are fresh, clean, and delicious. Since our products are food-grade and perishable, we follow a strict no-return policy. However, we’re committed to ensuring you’re satisfied with your experience.
No Returns Policy
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on any food items once they have been delivered. Please double-check your cart and address details before placing your order.
Refunds & Replacements
We do offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or broken product
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was incomplete or expired
What We Need from You:
Please share clear photos or videos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery to help us assess and resolve the concern quickly.
Refund Process
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- In case of COD orders, we may request your bank details for manual transfer
- We may also offer store credit or a replacement, depending on the situation
Cases Not Eligible for Refund:
- Taste preferences or subjective dislike
- Minor packaging dents that do not affect product safety
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping information
- Delays caused by courier services beyond our control
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order only before it is shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or refunded unless it meets the conditions listed above.
